摘要 目的探讨消风散(XFS)对组胺致大鼠足肿胀的影响。方法50只大鼠随机分为低、中和高剂量消风散模型组、阳性对照模型组、阴性对照模型组各10只。相应灌服低、中和高剂量消风散、西替利嗪(阳性对照)和生理盐水(阴性对照)等药物7 d。通过给大鼠左前爪足跖皮下注射0.1 mL新鲜配制的组胺(1.0 mg/mL)构建鼠爪水肿模型。分别于造模后0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5 h测量足趾体积。2.5 h取足趾组织,利用光镜电镜观察病理改变。结果消风散各组在0.5、1、1.5、2 h时能显著降低大鼠足爪肿胀率,光镜和电镜观察显示消风散组、阳性对照组和阴性对照组之间有差异。结论消风散具有一定的拮抗组胺作用。 Objective To study the effects of Xiaofengsan(XFS) on toe swelling of rats induced by histamine. Methods A total of 50 rats were randomly divided into low dose of XFS model group, medium dose of XFS model group, high dose of XFS model group, positive control model group, and negative control model group. Each group had 1 0 rats. The five groups were administrated respectively with low, medium, and high dose of XFS, Cetirizine, and normal saline for 7 days. Each model group of rats was subcutaneously injected with histamine ( 1.0 mg/ml) in left forepaws. At 0. 5, 1, 1.5, 2. 0, 2. 5 h after injection, the volumes of forepaws were measured, and the tissues on forepaws were sampled and prepared for routine pathological examination and electron microscopy. Results Swelling rates of forepaws in XFS model group significantly decreased at 0.5, 1, 1. 5, 2.0 h, and routine pathological examination and electron microscopy revealed differences among the grouos. Conclusion XFS can antagonize histamine to some extent.
