内耳道膜性结构与小脑前下动脉袢的应用解剖学研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究内耳道及其内的神经、血管、蛛网膜的显微解剖关系,为进一步认识听神经瘤及其手术提供解剖学依据。方法10具甲醛固定的成人尸头,对内耳道的相关数据进行测量,并观察内听道内部硬膜、蛛网膜、血管和神经之间的关系。另外对8例胎儿尸头内听道进行病理切片,观察硬膜和蛛网膜的分布规律。结果硬脑膜贴附在岩骨表面,从内耳道口延续进入内耳道并终止于底部,其厚度逐渐变薄。蛛网膜完整包绕内听道内的血管神经复合体,各神经之间有菲薄的蛛网膜相间隔,在前庭蜗神经穿出内耳道底部进入前庭及耳蜗处,仍有蛛网膜分别包绕每束神经,在硬膜与蛛网膜之间存在纤维小梁,病理切片可观察到在硬膜和蛛网膜之间存在血管。结论内耳道内硬膜、蛛网膜均连续分布至内耳道底,蛛网膜完整包绕内听道内的血管神经复合体,并在各神经和内听动脉间形成纤维间隔,蛛网膜和硬膜间有纤维小梁和血管相连接。了解小脑前下动脉袢和内耳道的关系有重要的临床意义。
