单一靶控输注异丙酚不同血药浓度对体感诱发电位的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究单一靶控输注异丙酚不同的血药浓度对短潜伏期体感诱发电位(sensory evoked poten-tial,SEP)的影响。方法20例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,择期神经外科手术进行术中监测患者,术前SEP检查无异常,均未给予任何的术前药物,单一靶控输注异丙酚,当血浆药物浓度稳定在3、4、5μg/mL时记录患者P15、N20、P25波的潜伏期和P15-N20、N20-P25波幅的改变。结果P15、N20、P25波潜伏期随着异丙酚血药浓度的升高而延长,异丙酚血药浓度5μg/mL时,与清醒比较P15、N20、P25波潜伏期明显延长,与清醒比较N20-P25波幅明显升高。结论体感诱发电位是监测靶控输注异丙酚麻醉深度的较好指标。
