地锦草煎剂对小鼠的镇痛作用

Experimental study on the analgesic effect of Euphorbia humifusa decoction in mice

目的:探讨地锦草的镇痛作用。方法:采用热板法致痛,观察高、中、低剂量的地锦草煎剂的镇痛作用。结果:高剂量地锦草对小鼠热板法致痛有非常显著的镇痛作用,与正常对照组比较和自身给药前比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01),与0.1%吗啡阳性对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);中、低剂量地锦草的镇痛作用与正常对照组比较和自身给药前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:地锦草具有镇痛作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the analgesic effect of Euphorbia humifusa in mice. METHODS By using the hotplate to induce pain in mice, to observe the analgesic effect of high, medium and tow doses of Euphorbia humifusa decoction. RESULTS High-dose Euphorbia humifusa had a very significant analgesic effect on hot-plate-induced pain in mice, compared with the normal control group and the data before the administration of drugs, the differences are very significant（P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference between the two groups（0. 1 percent of morphine treatment ＂positive control＂ group and the Euphorbia humifusa group）（P〉0. 05）; medium and low-dose Euphorbia humifusa have significant differences of analgesic effect when compared with the normal control group and the data before the administration of drugs（P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Euphorbia humifusa possesses analgesic effect.
