阐述了广电呼叫中心建设中需要注意的重点问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,介绍了广电呼叫中心应实现的基本功能,探讨了广电呼叫中心的发展思路。
This article illustrated some important issues during the construction of Broadcasting Television Call Center and provided several solutions for it. It also introduced some basic functions which should be realized in the Call Center and discussed the future development of the Broadcast Television Call Center.
