基于信息与网络技术对人类生活方式的深刻影响分析,文章分析了信息技术对信息文化产生的影响以及信息文化的多种阐释,展示了数字信息文化的内涵与特征,探讨了数字信息文化的价值及构建路径,提出数字图书馆建设与发展是数字信息文化构建的重要着力点。

Based on the profound influence analysis of information and networking technology to the humanity life style, this paper analyzes the influences of information technology to the production of information culture as well as its many kinds of explanations. It also demonstrates and discusses the connotation and the characteristic of digital information culture as well as its value and the construction way. The author proposes that the construction and development of digital library is the important impetus of the digital information culture construction.
