摘要
以铁皮石斛、金钗石斛、流苏石斛等具有代表性的石斛属植物为材料进行组织培养,探索石斛属植物种质资源离体保存途径。结果表明,在培养基1/2MS+马铃薯汁50 g/L+蔗糖25 g/L中种子无菌萌发情况良好;在继代培养基1/2MS+BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+马铃薯汁50 g/L+香蕉汁50 g/L+活性炭5 g/L+蔗糖25 g/L中幼苗增殖效果显著,生长状况良好;炼苗移栽后存活率高。该研究不但实现了石斛属植物离体快速繁殖,而且可创造一定的经济效益。
This study used D. officinale, D. nobile, and D. fimbriatum as typical Dendrobium material to do tissue culture in order to find out a way to preserve germplasm resources of Dendrobium in vitro. The result showed that the seed sprouted very well in pure condition in the culture medium of 1/2MS+ PJ50 g/L+cane sugar 25 g/L. In the culture medium of 1/2MS+ BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+potato juise 50 g/L+banana juise 50 g/L+ activated carbon 5 g/L+cane sugar 25 g/L,seedling multiplication was very effective and its growth was well. The survival rate was high after transplanting. So we can fast multiply of Dendrobium in vitro. And it can bring economic effect.
