花魔芋试管微球茎休眠解除的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究花魔芋试管微球茎的萌发特性,设置了贮存时间、硫脲和赤霉素处理的试验。结果表明,贮存4~8个月的试管微球茎,在合适的温湿度条件下,萌发率低(10%~13%),休眠深浅不同;当赤霉素浓度达到100 mg.L-1或硫脲浓度为1%时,试管微球茎的萌发率最高,分别为73.5%和75.0%; In order to study germination characteristics of test-tube micro-bulbdium of Konjac(Amorphophallus konjac C.Koch),experiments such as store time,thiourea and gibberellin(GA3) were carried out.It showed that the germination of test-tube micro-bulbdium of konjac storaged for four to eight months was lower(10%~13%),and the degree of dormancy was differ-ent.When the concentration of gibberellin(GA3) was 100 mg.L-1,or the concentration of thiourea was 1%,the test-tube micro-bulbdium of konjac with the highest germination was 73.5% and 75.0% respectively.
