摘要
为了延长猪瘟活疫苗保存期,提高产品质量,通过试验,初步筛选出1组符合要求的耐热保护剂。通过对比试验,证明应用耐热保护剂的猪瘟活疫苗优于常规保护剂疫苗。热稳定性试验结果表明,耐热保护剂疫苗在37℃条件下可保存14 d,外观性状、剩余水分、稳定性等都符合要求。
In order to extend conservative period of classical swine fever live vaccines,improve product quality,the thermo-tolerant stabilizers were selected.By comparative test,the vaccines with the thermo-tolerant stabilizer were superior to con-ventional doses.The results showed that the vaccine could kept stability at 37℃ for 14 days,the appearance characters,the remaining moisture,stability all met the requirements.
