信阳毛尖废弃物中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺

摘要 对信阳毛尖废弃物中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了研究。在提取过程中,通过单因素试验分析了3个主要因素料液比、提取温度及提取时间对提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验设计对水浸提和乙醇浸提黄酮类化合物的提取工艺条件进行了优化组合。结果表明,水浸提法的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶10、浸提温度80℃、反应时间0.5 h;乙醇浸提法的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数50%、料液比1∶15、反应温度70℃、反应时间1 h。 In order to study the extracting method of the flavonoids in dusty of the famous green tea Xinyangmaojian.At first we studied on the optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids:extracting time,extracting temperature,the ratio of tea and liq-uid.Then we researched on the best method basis.As the results,the determination was better effect when the ratio of tea and liquid was 1 ∶15,ethanol concentration was 50%,the extracting temperature was 70℃ and extracting time was 1h in ethanol extracting, meanwhile the ratio of tea and liquid was 1:10, extracting time was 0.5 h and the extracting temperature was 80℃ in water extracting.
