摘要
采用超声提取法提取黄花忍冬茎和叶中绿原酸并用HPLC法测定其含量。Phenomsil C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87),流速为0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为327nm。结果表明,在0.20~1.00μg范围内绿原酸呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为95.50%,RSD=2.86%。此方法快速简便,重现性好,绿原酸的含量因部位的不同而有差异。
The chlorogenic acid in the stems and leaves of Lonicera chrysantha Turcz.were extracted with ultrasonic extrac-tion and analyzed with HPLC.The separation was preformed on Phenomsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.4%H3PO4(13∶87) as mobile phase.The results showed the contents of chlorogenic acid were different in different parts of Lonicera chrysantha Turcz.The linear range was 0.20~1.00 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 95.50%,RSD=2.86%. As a result, this method was simple, rapid with a good reproducibility.
