基层农业信息服务的实践与探索——以四川省阆中市农业信息服务建设为视角

Practice and Exploration for the Service of Grass-root Agricultural Information——Taking the Construction of Agricultural Information Service in Langzhong City as A Perspective

农业信息服务在引导农业产业结构调整,加快农产品流通,实现农业增效、农民增收等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。但新形势下农业信息服务工作仍面临着许多问题,对于经济相对落后的基层地区来说,服务主体、服务模式、服务内容以及服务载体的选择一直是困扰农业信息服务的瓶颈。基于对农业信息服务主体、服务模式的分析,以阆中市农业信息服务的实践与探索为视角,提出了促进基层农业信息服务发展的几点建议。

Agricultural information service played an increasingly important role in adjusting industrial structure,speeding up the circulation of agricultural products,increasing efficiency of agriculture,and increasing farmers＂ income. But it still faced many problems in the new situation of agricultural information service. The service subjects ,models ,contents and the selection of the service vectors had been the bottle-neck of grass-root agricultural information service. Based on the analyses of the agricultural information service subjects and models,taking the construction of agricultural information service in Langzhong city for instance, some suggestions for the construction of grass-root agricultural informational service were proposed.
