摘要
通过正交实验,探讨了不同配比的原材料对淀粉/秸秆基缓冲包装材料密度及力学性能的影响,获得主要的影响因素及各组分的最优配比。采用静态压缩实验方法比较淀粉/秸秆基缓冲材料与聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)力学性能的差异,并利用体式显微镜分析了淀粉/秸秆基缓冲材料内部微观结构与EPS的差异,提出了两种材料差异产生的原因及改善方法。
The optimal mixture ratio and main influencing factors in preparation of cushioning packaging material made of starch and straw was studied with orthogonal experiment method. The influence of mixture ratio on density and mechanical property of the material was discussed. The mechanical property of the material in contrast with EPS was shown by way of static compression experiment; furthermore, the difference of internal organizational structure between them was observed and compared by microscope. The causations of the differences and relevant improving methods were put forward.
