Design of Variable Diameter Squirrel-cage Style Die Cutting Hollow Cylinder for Corrugated Cardboard

分析了当前圆压圆模切机推广中存在的问题,提出了一种用可变径鼠笼式模切滚刀筒体替代传统的固定直径滚刀体方案。当产品需要新直径筒体,只需配做新的多组弧形板,经过装配并稍作加工,就可变径成新直径滚筒,有效地减少制作新滚筒的费用。

The problems currently existing in the promotion of column to column die-cutting machine were analyzed. A proposal that use variable squirrel-cage style die-cutting hollow cylinder to replace the traditional fixed-size column was put forward. In this proposal, according to the requirements of products, varied-diameter hollow cylinder can be assembled and processed simply with new sets of quadrant segments, and that can effectively reduce the costs of manufacturing a new column.
