摘要
通过SPSS统计分析软件,用线性回归的数学分析方法,分析纸张性能与颜色复制效果之间的关系,得出相关系数,进而分析纸张性能在不同印刷阶调区域内对彩色印刷品再现效果的影响,最终建立起和印刷品质量相对应的纸张性能方面的数据指数。可以根据这些数据指数,尽快确定适合目标印刷品的纸张,同时可以在一些先进的数字印刷系统当中,根据印刷品的质量要求,进行纸张的选择和有关纸张参数的设置。
The relationship between the performance of paper and color reproduction was analyzed with SPSS statistical analysis software and linear regression method. The correlation coefficient was obtained. The influence of paper performance in different printing tone areas on color reproduction effect was further analyzed, and the performance data corresponding paper quality was established. Based on the data, printing plant can determine the printability for target print. The results can be reference for paper selection and parameter settings according to requirements.
