摘要
目的探讨焦炉逸散物对焦炉工外周血血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平的影响。方法随机选取焦炉作业工人60名(20名炉顶工、20名炉侧工和20名炉底工)作为暴露组,随机选取20名不接触有害物质的大学生作为对照组。用黄嘌呤氧化酶法对血清SOC活力进行测定;用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对IL-2和TNF-α的表达水平进行测定。结果炉顶工SOD活力、IL-2水平、TNF-α水平分别为(10.50±5.34)U/mL、(59.188±47.7)pg/mL、(59.188±47.7)pg/mL;与对照组比较,焦炉工血清SOD活性明显增高(P<0.05),IL-2和TNF-α表达水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论接触焦炉逸散物可以导致接触者SOD活性增高,IL-2和TNF-α表达水平降低。
Objective To detect the level of the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),interleukin-2(IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in workers exposed to coke oven emission(COE).Methods A total of 60 workers(20 at top,20 at side and 20 at bottom of the oven) were employed in the study,and 20 students and teachers were assigned as the control group.The levels of serum SOD in workers's blood were measured with xanthosine oxidsae method and the levels of the serum IL-2,TNF-α with ELISA.Results The SOD activity,IL-2,and TNF-α of workers at top of the oven was 10.50±5.34 U/mL,59.188±47.7 pg/mL,and 59.188±47.7 pg/mL,respectively.The level of serum SOD activity of the exposed group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The levels of the serum IL-2 and TNF-α of the exposed group were significantly decreased(P〈0.05).Conclusion The occupational exposure to coke oven emission resulted in increase of serum SOD activity and decrease of serum IL-2 and TNF-α.
