本文根据气象数据和路面温度观测数据，对黑龙江省的气候特点进行了分析和研究，其结果对于沥青品种、等级的选择，沥青路面的研究具有重要意义，也为今后其它相关课题的研究打下了基础。

The paper analyses and studies the climatic characteristis of Hilongjiang Province on the basis of climate data of the province and obseration of road temperature,The results have significance for the study of asphalt pavement and selection of asphalt material,and also provide allbasis for the study of similar project in the future.
