摘要
通过力学、抗渗和抗冻等性能的测试以及SEM和孔结构分析,研究了矿渣掺合料对阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,掺加矿渣会降低混凝土的1、3d强度,但提高其28d强度,特别地,掺加20%的矿渣,混凝土28d强度提高约12.5%;掺加矿渣可明显改善阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥混凝土的抗渗性和抗冻性能;随着矿渣掺量的增加,混凝土中孔结构分布的均匀性得到改善,且孔径范围多集中在无害孔区域(孔径<50nm),阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥混凝土中有害孔的数量明显少于普通混凝土。
Mechanics, impermeability and frost resistance properties are tested, SEM and pore structure is analysised and the effect of slag mixture to alite-sulphoaluminate barium calcium cement concrete performance studyed.The results show that the concrete strength of ld and 3d will be reduced as slag admixting, but the 28d increased.In particular, when the admixture is 20%, the strength of 28d increases about 12.5%, the permeahility and frost resistance properties of alite-sulphoaluminate barium calcium concrete improve with slag admixting; With the increase of slag content,the distribution of pore structure in concrete is improved,and the aperture concentrated in the range of harmless region (diame- ter〈50nm), the number of harmful hole in alite-sulphoaluminate barium calcium cement concrete is obviously less than ordinary concrete.
