Research and application of hot metal desulfurization technology with complex powder injection

通过技术选型和对铁水复合脱硫的系统研究,选择了合适的操作和设备参数,并在调试中对操作参数进行不断的优化,使铁水复合脱硫技术在济钢一炼钢顺利实施,铁水硫的质量分数由0.035%下降到0.005%,而且脱硫剂消耗低于其他同类钢厂。

The choices of process and equipment of hot metal desulfurization are discussed in this paper. Suitable technological and equipment parameters of hot metal desulfurization have been fixed through systematic research of complex powder injection process. This process has been successfully applied in No 1 Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Iron and steel Group. The sulfur content of hot metal is decreased from 0. 035% to 0. 005 %,and specific consumption of desulfurizer is lower than that of same scale steelmaking plants.
