摘要 针对传统EMS告警系统的不足,提出从告警的类别、筛选、原因追逐和定位、展示、信息的处理5个方面定义智能告警的内涵。通过基于规则、模型和推理的基础运行数据处理,得到系统当前可能的告警集。根据告警集的特征,将电网实时调度中常有的告警集分为元件级、系统级,告警类型有单一、串联、并发、组合、灵敏度和梯度告警。并对这些告警给出了定义、公式表达和举例说明。通过告警分析使调度人员得知电网和设备的工作状态。 To improve the traditional EMS warning system,the intelligent warning is introduced in five aspects :category, screening,cause tracing & locating, exhibition and information processing. The current possible warning set of system is obtained by basic operational data processing based on rules,model and reasoning. According to their features,the warning sets commonly used in power system dispatch are classified as the component level and system level set, and the warnings are defined as the single,serial,concurrent, combined,sensitivity and gradient warning. Their definitions,equation expressions and illustrations are given. Through the analysis of intelligent warnings, the operating states of system and equipments are provided for dispatchers.
