摘要
通过对大中型同步发电机励磁控制系统设计方案的分析,提出一种新型的网络化励磁控制系统的设计思想和实现方案。在硬件上,通过模块化和网络化设计,系统中所有设备通过网络连接进行控制;在常规励磁控制软件的基础上,应用实时通信技术,不仅实现励磁的所有调节、控制和保护,而且实现对功率和灭磁等设备的故障检测、诊断和多个整流桥的自动均流。以200 MW发电机组的应用为例,阐述了网络化控制系统的结构、控制器的功能、网络和通信规约及故障检测/处理等技术;通过现场投运试验、性能测试和电力系统稳定器(PSS)性能试验结果表明:所设计的系统思路新颖、技术可行、运行良好。
Based on the analysis of the. excitation synchronous generators,a networked design and its control system implementation schemes for large and middle scale are proposed. By modularized and networked hardware design,all devices are connected and controlled through the network. Based on the conventional excitation control sOftware and with the real-time communication technology,the functions of excitation regulations,control and protection and the fault detection and diagnosis of rectifier and de-excitation cubicle,as well as the automatic current equilibration among rectifiers,are realized. With an application in 200 MW generator units,the structure of control system,the function of controller,the protocol of network communication and the technology of fault detection and treatment are explained. Site test,performance test and PSS performance test show its novelty,feasibility and reliability.
