摘要
从慈姑球茎中分离提取出多糖,并用蒽酮-硫酸法对多糖含量进行测定。测定波长620nm,多糖换算因子f=1.82;在范围20μg~100μg内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9992。结果表明,供试溶液在3h内显色稳定,重现性好,平均回收率为98.04%,RSD=2.55(n=5)。
Polysaccharides from fruit of Sagittaria sagittifolia was isolated and determined by the method of anthrone-sulfuric acid. The wavelength for measurement was 620 nm and the converting factor of polysaccharide was 1.82, good linearity ranged from 20 paper was simple, accurate and stable in of RSD (n=5). μg-100μg, r=0.999 2. The results showed that the method used in this 3 h. Average recovery rate of the polysaccharide was 98.04 % with 2.55 %
