外阴阴道炎是幼女生殖道常见的炎症,可由多种原因引起,部分患儿反复发作。接诊时需注意了解病因,进行必要的病原体检查。针对检查结果进行相应治疗则可有好的疗效。改善患儿卫生习惯是治疗的重要环节。需要排除特异感染和阴道异物。

Vulvovaginitis is one of the inflammations commonly seen in genitals of prepubertal girls. Some suffered recurrent episodes. In this review, we address methods of evaluation and physical findings in the prepubescent children. We will describe the causes of vulvovaginitis. Exploring the etiology, including bacterial culturing is important for management. Improving hygiene is critical in preventing recurrence. Specific infection and foreign body should be ruled out.
