摘要
本文通过制备高固分的丙烯酸树脂,讨论了相对分子质量及其分布、玻璃化温度与官能团含量、溶剂、反应温度、链转移剂对丙烯酸树脂粘度的影响,实验结果表明:在相同的反应条件下,聚丙烯酸树脂的粘度随着相对分子质量的降低而降低,随着相对分子质量分布的变宽而升高,随着玻璃化温度与官能团含量的提高在一定程度上增大,随着反应温度的升高而降低,随着链转移剂转移常数的增大而降低。因此要得到高固体分的丙烯酸树脂应采取相应的几项措施。
This article described the preparation of the high solid acrylate resin, the viscosity of acrylate resin was discussed by the influence of the relative molecular mass and its distribution, the vitrification temperature ,the functional group content, the solvent, the reaction temperature and the chain transfer reagent. Experimental results showed that the viscosity of acrylate resin would decrease by narrowing of distribution and decreasing of the relative molecular mass, by increasing of reaction temperature and the transfer constant of chain transfer reagent, by decreasing of the vitrification temperature and the functional group content in the same reactive condition. In the end, come to conclusions, several measures should be adopted for the high solid acrylate resin.
