摘要
昆钢在开发冷镦钢ML35的过程中，出现了连铸开浇不顺，中包结水口和塞棒失控等工艺问题，对出现问题的原因进行分析，制订并实施工艺控制优化方案，解决了出现的问题。
During the development of cold heading steel ML35 at Kungang, the process problems of starting casting not smoothly, nozzle clogging and stopper out of control have taken place, on the analysis of the causes of problem, formulation and implementation of process control optimization solutions solved the problems.
