摘要
现行的产品控制要点只考虑了产品时效对性能的影响,并没有考虑产品检验过程中所使用的检验方法、设备、人员等因素对测量结果的影响。通过采用中国金属学会推荐的技术方法CMS 01 01 02 01—2006《金属材料室温拉伸试验测量结果不确定度评定》对部分钢种进行室温拉伸试验测量不确定度评定,探讨上述因素对测量结果的影响。
The current control points of products for properties but omitted the inspection method, merely considered the influence on product aging equipment, personnel and other factors, which were discussed in this paper through evaluation of uncertainty of measurement with tensile testing at ambient temperature on partial steel grade using recommended technical method CMS 01 01 01 01 - 2006 《Evaluation of Uncertainty of Measurement in Tensile Testing for Metallic at Ambient Temperation》 by Chinese Society for Metals.
