摘要
针对行程开关、霍尔开关检测位移的控制精度以及灵敏度低、使用寿命短等缺点,在电涡流传感器检测系统的基础上,设计了一套放大的线圈—导体电涡流检测系统。利用在线采集的数据,分析了各影响因素包括导体尺寸、激励电压、线圈运动速度以及导体温度对涡流强度、控制精度以及灵敏度的影响,从而对涡流检测系统参数的选取以及干扰因素的识别具有重要的意义。
To solve the low control precision and sensitivity and short life of travel switch or hall switch, an amplificatory eddy current coil-conductor detection system was designed,which was based on an eddy-current sensor detection system. The influential factors, including the conductor size. driving voltage.the rate of the coil and the conductor temperature were analyzed through collecting data online. These factors have influence on the eddy current intensity, control precision and sensitivity. The results are of importance to the parameter selection and the judgment of interference factors in an eddy current detector.
