大跨度预应力混凝土梁造桥机的研制

Research and Production of Bridge Girder Erection Machine for Large Span Prestressed Concrete Beam

介绍一种可架设９６ｍ跨度预应力混凝土梁的造桥机的性能与构造。通过在石长线湘江大桥施工中使用，充分体现了该造桥机施工方便、快速、安全、保证质量、降低工程费用等优点，与挂篮法相比，其拼梁速度可提高３倍，具有明显的经济与社会效益。

The behaviour and structure of a bridge girder erection machine for large span prestressed concrete beam are introduced.Through the application in construction of Xiangjiang Bridge,it is shown that the bridge girder erection machine has following advantages:convenient,quick,safe,ensuring,quality,reducing costs of engineering.Its erection speed is three times faster than that of using travelling carriage method.It has achieved obvious economic and social benefits.
