摘要
给出了圆锥度误差分离的数学模型及其在线测量的方法。基于三点法误差分离技术,沿测架导轨安装一光栅尺,测量测架轴向移动距离。在测架上沿被测锥体圆周和轴线方向分别排列三个传感器,被测件旋转,用五个传感器拾取输入信号。在一次安装下,可同时获得并准确分离出工件截面的圆度误差、母线直线度误差和工件的圆锥度误差,并建立了评定圆锥度误差的数学模型。
This paper put forwards the mathematical model of errors separation and themethod of in-line measuring for taperness. Based on the '3-point' errors separation technique, using a grating ruler along guidway direction to measure the displacement of the measuring framework, fixing three sensors on the measuring framework along taper's round and axis direction to pick up the in-put signals, and revolving the taper, the errors of roundness, generatrix straight-ness and taperness on the taper could be obtained simultaneously and separated precisely after the mesuring framework had been installed, hence the mathematical model of essessing taperness error had been erected.
