摘要
以变电站遥视智能系统化为背景,讨论其核心技术运动目标检测中的除噪问题.先给出了两种常用的除噪方法:邻域综合检测法和对称差分相乘法;再结合变电站现场条件,在背景提取法的基础上提出动态更新部分背景的方法;用实例分析比较三种方法,说明了动态更新部分背景算法的有效性,以领域综合检测法的抗噪性能为最好.
This paper is set in the background of intelligentizing of Remote Video Monitoring System in Substation, discussing the method of noise elimination in the detection of moving target which is its core technology. At the beginning of the paper, two methods with moving targets to be extracted from the noise are proposed. According to the real condition, a new solution, dynamically updating part of the background, is put forward. Finally, in comparison with other methods, the one with most validity requires less computation and obtains better results, and also can be operated at video rate with real-time processing.
