Study on Integer Planning Model with Dynamic Poor information

ＳＣＧＭ（１，ｈ）ｃ预测模型适合于描写隐含动态系统特征的关联多因子灰色系统．考虑一类整数规划问题，其诸局势效益值时序相互关联，且呈现小样本无明显统计特征．本文研究结果表明，借助ＳＣＧＭ（１，ｈ）ｃ模型能较好预测局势效益值，从而给出这类动态贫信息整数规划模型的解．

SCGM(1,h) c prediction model can be used to discribe the dynamic behavior of poor information systems with correleted multifactors.This paper discusses a kind of integer planning problems,whose situation benefit values are some relational time series with little samples,and are not typical statistic properties.The study shows that by using SCGM(1,h) c model it can predict situation benefit values,and can give solution of dynamic poor information integer planning problem.
