The methodology of Critical Chain Theory is the application in project management. The article is focus on how to utilize the Critical Chain to combine the project schedule with the project control more effectively based on the Critical Chain theory and spirit. Also, through the knowledge of project management, the article complements the content on the method of buffer management and the process details. At the end of the paper, there is an example to instruct the process.
