提出了战时港口基础设施重要度的概念,建立了评价指标体系与基于灰色层次分析法和模糊理论的重要度评价模型。结合实例,详细介绍了评价步骤,并对该方法进行了总结,指出了改进方法。
This paper first puts forward the conception of importance of War-time Harbor Infrastructures, constructs evaluation target system and model based upon Grey-AHP and fuzzy theory, then combing to a living example, introduces evaluating procedure in detail, finally summarizes this method and points out improving means.
