摘要
对直齿圆柱齿轮传动的啮合效率进行了理论分析和推导,给出了轮齿啮合效率的计算公式和简化计算公式,为工程设计中一直使用的按实验统计得出的齿轮啮合效率值提供了理论依据.
This paper provides a theoretic analysis and derivation of the gearing efficiency for the spur gearset.It gives the theoretic and simplified efficiency algorithms and provides the theoretic basis for the spur gearset gearing efficient values from experiments and statistics.
