摘要
对螺旋齿轮传动进行了系统的分析,导出了啮合效率公式,分析了满足啮合效率要求的螺旋角β值的许用范围.得出当β1=β2=Σ2时,啮合效率最高的结论,最后导出了蜗杆蜗轮齿廓啮合效率公式及自锁条件.
This paper offers an efficiency equation for crossed helical gearset based on systematic analysis.It gives a way to choose the value of the helix angles in order to meet the efficiency requirement.It concludes that the gearset has the highest efficiency when β 1=β 2=Σ2 is chosen.Finally,the efficiency algorithm and self locking relation are derived from for warms and warm gears.
