关于我国国际航运经济政策的最佳选择(英文) 被引量:3

摘要 利用国际航运经济政策开放性比较评价模型,对美国、韩国、日本、中国大陆、法国等典型国家国际航运经济政策的开放性程度进行了对比分析和评价,指出了其各自国际航运经济政策特点和开放性量度指标.文章详细分析了我国国际航运经济政策的优化取向和最佳选择,并提出了具体的政策建议. The compared evaluation analysing between Chinese and typical countres’ international shipping economic policy(ISEP)is studied by the compared evaluation model of international shipping protective economic policy(ISPEP).The conclusion shows that the openning degree of our civil ISEP has presently attained 0 86,which is too more high than that of American's,Japan's,Korea's, France's, and etc,so that is seems suspected to be overopenning.The suggestion for our civil ISEP is also prompted.
