Shanghai Shipping Exchange(SSE),as one of the symbolic construction projects,has caused the wide concern of domestic and abroad field of shipping.This paper will introduce the SSE′s background of construction,nature,function and mode of operation,including the form of exchange,the basic rules of exchange,the adminstration rules of members(market entry mechanism),rules of charge closing and so on,in order to be interchanged and discussed in a wider field.
