信号转导子和转录激活子与Th1/Th2平衡在支气管哮喘中的作用研究

摘要 支气管哮喘是慢性气道炎症性疾病。在其发生、发展中,胞外信号分子、信号转导、信号转导子和转录激活子3个环节调控着Th细胞的分化。而Th1/Th2细胞失衡,细胞因子分泌紊乱,使气道炎症持续存在。其中STAT4和STAT6起关键作用。本文就STAT4和STAT6调控Th细胞分化的机制及研究进展作一综述。 Bronchial asthma(asthma) is a chronic airway inflammatory disease. During the initiation and development of asthma,the extracellular signaling molecule, signal transduction, signal transducers and activators of transcription(STAT) regulate the differentiation of the Th cell. But the imbalance of Th1/Th2, cytokine secretion abnormality result in the persistence of airway inflammation. Among them, STAT4 and STAT6 play a key role. The article reviews the mechanism and research advances about the regulation of STAT4,STAT6 on the differentiation of Th cells.
