复合式防水板材料的研究

Study On the Material of Composite Water-proof Membrance

近年来国内修建的长大隧道一般都采用复合衬砌,因此,对复合式防水层和防水材料的研究显得十分重要。根据国外复合衬砌防水层中增设硬质“土工隔板”的经验,我们研制出了由缓冲层(无纺布)、塑料网格、塑料防水板(膜)组成的复合衬砌防水层。本文论述了这种复合防水层的性能特点及材料的选择和性能测试,并简要介绍了施工方法。

Recently composite lining are widely used in large or long tunnels in China ,so the study on the water -proof material and the composite water -proof membrane becomes very important .Water -proof layer in composite lining consisting of buffer layer (adhesive -bonded cloth ),plastic lattice ,plastic water - proof membrane has been developed on the basis of foreign experience of adding hard partition board in water-proof layer of composite lining . This paper describes the performance character , material selection and performance testing of this water - proof layer and gives a brief introduction to the construction method .
