浮放道岔的发展及在隧道施工中应用的建议方案

Development of California Switch and Suggestions of Application in Tunnel Construction

铁路单线隧道门架式台车钻孔、轨道运输的施工方案中,轨道是各种设备运行限界、工作位置、相互交会的扭带,浮放道岔则是充分利用轨道,使各工序平行作业,提高运输能力的重要辅助设备。本文着重介绍浮放道岔的发展与现状,提出了浮放道岔在单线铁路隧道施工中和秦岭隧道Ⅰ线衬砌、整体道床施工时及Ⅱ线扩挖、衬砌、仰拱与道床施工时的应用建议方案。

In the construction program of gantry jumbo drilling and track transportation for single railway tunnel , the track is the linkage of the running limits ,working positions and intersection of various equipment , while California switch is the important auxiliary equipment to make full use of track .realize parallel operation and improve transportation capacity . This paper mainly describes the development and current situation of California switch, put forwards the suggestions of its application in the construction of single -track railway tunnel , lining and monolithic roadbed of Qingling No. 1 Tunnel 1 and the enlargement , lining ,invert and roadbed of Qinling No. 2 tunnel .
