摘要
从总体方案的设计、技术设计到技术文件编制过程,阐述了间歇式药瓶自动装盒机设计的整个流程,着重介绍了使用三维辅助设计软件建立虚拟样机的过程及优点,最后得出此类产品的开发流程。该流程将缩短产品的开发时间并减少开发成本,对其它同类型自动装盒机的研制与开发有较强的借鉴意义。
Automatic intermittent motion medicinal bottling machine design of the entire process is described from overall program design,technical design to technical documentation procedures.Process and merit of virtual prototype based on 3D computer-aided design software was mainly introduced,and then the process of developing such products was presented.Furthermore,the general development flow process is demonstrated,which will shorten the time for development and reduce the development cost.There seems to be some significant reference for the research and development of other similar automatic cartoning machine.
