摘要
福建省是我国对外开放的前沿,但铁路交通发展缓慢,制约了福建经济发展,为此应加快福建铁路通道建设,除横南线、梅坎线外,尚应考虑建设赣龙厦线、温福线、厦漳潮线,构成对外通道的基本骨架,省内线路除漳泉肖线已施工外,外福线、龙漳线应进行技术改造外,还应修建福厦线。新线标准不宜过低,实行远近结合、以近为主、先通后备、逐步完善的原则。
Fujian province is in the forward position of opening to the outside world. But its railway transport has been developing very slowly, which has restricted the development of Fujian economy. So the construction of railway thoroughfares in Fujian should be quickened. Besides the Hengnan Railway, Meikan Railway, the construction of Ganlongxia Railway, Wenfu Railway and Xiazhang Railway should be taken into account to form the sketch of external thoroughfares. Within the province, as well as the Zhangquanxiao Railway is in construction, technical innovation should be apply for the Waifu Railway and Longzhang Railway, the construction of Fuxia Railway shoulde be started. The criteria of new railway should not be too low. The principles of combining the long term need and short term need, stressing the short term need, being open to traffic earlier then perfecting gradually, should be adopted.
