An Automatic Location System Based on the PLC Programmable Controller

分析了包装纸图案偏离正确位置的原因,建立了补偿式调节系统。它以PLC为中央控制单元,应用光电开关、光电码盘和有关接口电路,成功地解决了包装机上卷筒包装纸商标的自动定位问题。

The aim of this work is to analyze the cause to the deviation of trade mark from correct position and set up the compensating adjustment system. It consist of PLC CPU, photoelectric coding mask and some interface circuits. It has solved the problem of the automatic location of label paper in a web press successfully.
