我国物流产业生产力成长与技术效率变动探析 被引量:5

摘要 提升产业效率是产业调整振兴的重要手段。本文采用Malmquist生产力指数法,对1997—2007年我国物流业全要素生产率和技术效率的变动进行了量化分析。结果表明:物流产业技术进步速度缓慢,特别是技术效率负增长造成的产业效率下降是近年来我国物流业发展较快但却大而不强的根源。文章结合我国物流业发展的现状,指出基础设施网络的协同性不强、高端市场竞争不充分和低端的过度竞争、制造业物流服务水平不高、市场秩序不完善及分散的管理体制等问题是我国物流产业效率降低的主要原因,并提出了相应的政策建议。 To enhance the industry efficiency is important means for industry adjustment and revitalization. With Malmquist productivity index (MPI), this paper makes quantitative analyses on the total factor productivity and technical efficiency change of China' s logistics industry during 1997 - 2007. The results show that the slow development of technological progress and the decline of industry efficiency due to negative growth in technical efficiency are the fundamental reasons for China's big but not strong logistics industry despite its recent rapid development. Based on the status quo of China' s logistics industry, this paper points out that weak synergy of infrastructure network, inadequate competition in high-end market but excessive competition in low-end market, low level of logistics services in manufacturing, imperfect market order, decentralized management system and so on are main reasons for the declining efficiency in China's logistics industry, and it puts forward some policy recommendations.
