摘要
目的通过对口腔临床常用的3种金属材料进行磨耗试验,探讨金属材料的磨耗性能及其相关机制。方法采用面-面接触模式,在精密磨耗试验机上对3种常用金属材料,以及天然牙进行磨耗实验,比较磨耗量的大小。同时进行克氏硬度的测定及磨痕形貌的观察。结果试件平均体积损耗百分比大小关系为:天然牙大于纯钛大于钛合金大于硬制钴铬合金。对磨滑石瓷平均体积磨耗百分比大小关系为:硬制钴铬合金大于钛合金大于纯钛大于天然牙。克式硬度关系为:硬制钴铬合金大于天然牙大于钛合金大于纯钛。结论纯钛与天然牙具有相近的磨耗性能,是理想的修复金属材料。金属材料的硬度与磨耗性能呈正相关关系。
Objective To investigate the abrasive performance of three kinds of prosthetic metal materials. Methods Three kinds of prosthetic metal material and natural teeth were tested by abrasion tester. The abrasive amount,Vickers hardness and the surface morphology were studied using the surface to surface pattern. Results (1) The average abrasive volume of metal material and enamel were as follows:enamel〉pure titanium〉 tatanium alloy〉cobalt chromium alloy. (2)The abrasive volumes of the oppo sing steatite ceramic:cobalt chromium alloy〉tatanium alloy〉pure titanium〉 enamel. 3. Vickers hardness:cobalt chromium alloy 〉 enamel〉tatanium alloy〉pure titanium. Conclusion Pure titanium has good abrasive characteristic and prevents opposite natural tooth from excessive abrasion.
