对3种桩核系统修复上颌中切牙后牙体抗折强度的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较3种桩核系统修复根管治疗牙牙体组织的抗折强度。方法将30颗离体上颌中切牙截冠后根管治疗,随机分成3个组,分别按镍铬合金桩核、玻璃纤维桩核、氧化锆瓷桩要求进行制备,自凝塑料包埋后,固定于万能试验机上测试实验牙的抗折强度并观察其折裂类型,应用SPSS13.0分析软件进行统计学分析。结果氧化锆瓷桩系统修复上颌中切牙后牙体抗折强度与镍铬合金铸造桩核系统差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但前二者明显高于玻璃纤维桩核系统,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对根管治疗的牙用以上3种桩核系统修复均能满足临床要求。 Objective To compare the rupture strength of three kinds of dowel systems to repaire the teeth after root canal therapy. Methods Thirty vivo crown cutted upper central incisors were treated with root canal therapy and then divided into three groups randomly which were repaired with nickebchromium alloy dowel system,glass fiber dowel system, zirconia ceramic pile repair system respectively and then embedded with self curing plastic then fixed in the universal testing machine to test the rupture strength of the experimental teeth and observe the fracture type. Use SPSS13.0 software to undertake statistic analysis. Results The teeth rupture strength had no sufficient distinction between zirconia ceramic pile repair system and nickel-chromium alloy dowel system after repairing the upper center incisor(P〉0.05). But the teeth rupture strength of these two groups were sufficiently better than that of glass fiber post repair system group(P〈0.05). Conclusion All three dowel systems to repair the pulp canal therapied teeth could satisfy the clinical desire.
