网络化口腔修复电子病历管理系统的研制与应用

目的开发一种新的口腔修复电子病历管理系统,以满足口腔专科医院信息化建设的需要。方法结合新一代口腔医院信息管理系统的开发,在Windows2000/NT/XP平台上用VisualC++语言及XML语言,采用面向对象技术,应用计算机网络技术、数据库技术及IC卡技术开发面向修复医师的电子病历管理系统。结果成功建立了网络化口腔修复病历专科模板,该系统界面直观、功能强大,能快捷、准确、全面地采集资料,资料编辑、存贮、统计、查询、管理功能强大,并实现了电子病历的数据共享与交换,确保了电子病历的安全性等多项优点;这为口腔修复医师提供了一种计算机化的病案管理模式,提升了口腔修复专科的信息化管理质量和效率。结论本研究自主研发了符合临床应用需要的口腔修复专科电子病历系统,为进一步推进数字化口腔医疗管理提供了基础平台。

Objective To develop a system of electronic case history in order to satisfy the need of information construction in clinical prosthodonties working. Methods The system program of electronic case history was compiled with Visual C^＋ ＋ and XML based on Windows98/2000/NT/XP platform, meanwhile, combined wltb the techniques of object oriented, computer network, database and interchange card. Results The system of electronic ease history was established successfully, it possessed following advantages.- intuitionistic user interface, power function, highly efficiency,accurate result, and all round case history management, as well as exchange of database and security of case information. Conclusion The system program of electronic case history provides the efficient and accurate platform to manage information of case, moreover, establish the basement for clinical teaching and scientific research.
