Protaper与不锈钢器械预备弯曲根管急症发生情况的对比研究

A comparison study on endodontic interappointment emergencies between protaper NiTi instruments and stainless steel hand-used files in curved root canal preparation

目的比较机动和手用Protaper镍钛器械与ISO标准不锈钢器械预备弯曲根管后根管治疗期间急症(EIAE)和器械分离的发生情况。方法带弯曲根管的慢性根尖周炎患牙165颗随机分为3个组,每组55颗,A组为机动Protaper镍钛器械预备组,B组为手用Protaper镍钛器械预备组,C组为ISO标准不锈钢器械预备组。记录每组根管EIAE的发生率,进行统计学分析。结果A组和B组EIAE发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且低于C组EIAE的发生率(P<0.05);A组器械分离1根。结论相对于ISO标准锉,Protaper镍钛器械可降低EIAE的发生率,但机动Protaper镍钛器械较手用器械易发生器械分离。

Objective To compare the incidence of endodontic interappointment emergencies（EIAE） among engine-driven Protaper NiTi instruments,hand-used Protaper NiTi instruments and stainless steel hand-used files in curved root canal preparation. Methods The 165 teeth with curved root canals,which suffered from chronic periapical disease were divided into three groups at random. In group A, root canals were prepared with engine-driven Protaper NiTi instruments. In group B, root canals were prepared with Hand-used Protaper NiTi Instruments. In group C, root canals were prepared with stainless steel hand-used files. The incidences of EIAE were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results The incidences of EIAE between group A and group B had no significant difference（P〉0.05）, and were significantly lower than those of group C（P〈0.05） ;there was one instrument separation in group A. Conclusion The incidence of EIAE can he reduced by using Protaper NiTi instruments, but engine-driven Protaper NiTi instruments may increase the incidence of instrument separation.
