国产水溶性蜂胶对感染根管消毒功效的临床疗效观察

Clinical study of domestic water-soluble propolis on disinfection of infected root canal

目的评价国产水溶性蜂胶对感染根管的消毒作用。方法选择慢性根尖周炎门诊患者72例,随机分为3个组。实验组分别封入0.1%和0.4%的国产水溶性蜂胶,对照组封入氢氧化钙。分别记录3个组病例临床症状的改善情况及复诊次数。通过所得数据评价国产水溶性蜂胶用于感染根管消毒的临床效果。结果统计结果分析显示:0.1%蜂胶、0.4%蜂胶、氢氧化钙糊剂均能够有效改善根尖周炎患者临床症状,差异无统计学意义;从封药次数上统计,0.4%蜂胶的改善效果好于其他2个组。结论国产水溶性蜂胶用于根管消毒具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of domestic water-soluble propolis on infected root canal. Methods Seventy two outpatients diagnosed as chronic apical parodontitis were chosen and randomly grouped to 3 groups. The root canals in two test groups were respectively disinfected by 0.1 % propolis or 0.4 % propolis, the root canals in control group were disinfected by calcium hydroxide paste. The clinical symptom and visit frequency were recorded. Results 0.1 % propolis and 0.4 % propolis and calcium hydroxide all could improve the clinical symptom in the patients with chronic apical parodontitis. There was no statistical difference. The statistical results in respect of visit frequency showed the disinfection effect of 0.4% propolis was better than that of 0. 1% propolis and calcium hydroxide. Conclusion Domestic water soluhle propolis has good value of application in clinical root canal disinfection.
