40例血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ在窒息新生儿的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨新生儿窒息后血清肌钙蛋白I(cardiac troponin I,cTnI)在心肌损伤早期诊断的临床意义。方法采用免疫化学发光测定法(CLIA)检测40例窒息新生儿的cTnI,并与20例正常新生儿进行对照比较。结果窒息新生儿血清cTnI浓度明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窒息新生儿血清cTnI的检测对于预测新生儿窒息患儿心肌损害有重要意义。
